Stretching
Ever time you go to exercise it essential to stretch especially if you haven't trained in a while. My advice
Warming-up-Before-Session
To prevent injuries you must warm-up. Track your heart rate, calories burned, and after five-ten minutes your blood will be boiling.
Weightlifting
When using weights make sure your area is clean. And please try to secure the cuffs on both sides off the bar-bell, so the weight is distributed fairly.
